Senders in any health-care sites across BC continue to be eligible to onboard. Northern Health Authority will be activated once the primary Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system used by Receivers is integrated sometime next year.
Currently, the following EMR systems are integrated with the PHSA eReferral solution:
- Accuro
- MedAccess
- OscarPro
Additionally, integration is underway for the following EMR systems:
- iClinic
| - Profile
- MOIS
| - Telus CHR
- Plexia |
Initial planning is underway for Cerner and Meditech integrations.
The first step is to let us know you’re interested.
When you complete the onboarding request form, a member of our
eReferrals team will contact you within 2 business days to provide onboarding information specific to your situation and location.
We're introducing
eReferrals, in a phased rollout across the province. Early adopters in Vancouver and Burnaby were first to launch in June 2024. After you submit an onboarding request form, we’ll be in touch to answer any questions. When the time is right, we’ll work with you to onboard you to
eReferrals.
It usually takes fewer than 7 hours of meeting and training time to get eReferrals up and running. Some meetings may be combined to speed up the onboarding process.
